Refurbishments

It is sometimes more cost efficient to retrofit existing refrigeration and air conditioning systems so that they are able to operate using alternative modern refrigerants than were originally intended, without having the full capital expense of installing a new system.
LAC can assess and offer advice relative to the application and can undertake any proposals offered.

Service & Maintenance

Air conditioning equipment requires regular maintenance for the unit to function effectively and efficiently.

Neglecting necessary maintenance would result in a steady decline in its performance and reliability.

Poor or incorrect maintenance would contribute to poor air quality, which could trigger an attack for people who suffer from allergies and asthma.

Chilled Water Process Systems

LAC recognise that providing our clients with energy efficient solutions is critical, ensuring that all proposed products and systems are designed to meet current and future Ecodesign and F-Gas regulations regarding energy efficiency and carbon emissions.

Chilled Water Systems supplied by LAC are highly energy efficient and we can offer a full turnkey solution.

We assess old systems to establish if they comply with current regulations and review whether it may be more cost effective to refurbish the existing equipment or to install a replacement.
