The majority of our current engineers have been with the company for numerous years. Several started as apprentices and gradually progressed to senior engineers with the prospect of supervisory and management roles.

The company’s client base is mainly located around the Manchester & North West area, although some UK wide works do occur.
Weekday working hours are semi-flexible, most engineers start early and are home before 4pm.
Weekend works are very occasional, but when they happen, are an opportunity to earn overtime if you want it.
Installations can be anywhere in the country, but are mostly local. Some occasional working away from home would be involved with this role.
Service / Maintenance Engineers are occasionally requested to attend service calls out of hours, we don’t offer an on-call fee like other companies, but we do offer £100 (taxable) to the engineer who volunteers to attend, as well as the prevailing overtime rate – door to door.
Our Installation engineers don’t generally cover service calls, but can volunteer if they want to.
Whilst service and maintenance are a key element of the role, we do it properly, continually looking for preventable failures. Where issues are found, are addressed or adapted to ensure minimum downtime for the client.
Working on all kinds of equipment – One day you could be working on an Mobile MRI Scanner chiller system in Scotland, next day working on a closed control system in a power station in North Wales.
